Apex Massage & Recovery was established with the mission to create a community of people that are educated and empowered to keep moving and doing what they love. We work with everybody! You don’t have to be an athlete to enjoy the many benefits our massage therapists provide! The Recovery Lab is a state-of-the-art sports recovery and injury prevention center. We supply the latest and most effective technology and modalities to heal from injuries and recover from activity faster and more effectively. We make the science and technology accessible to the community and they “run” with it!

​We know it can be difficult to schedule the treatment you need with the specialist you want and we want to educate and empower our clients to help themselves. Scheduling on-line is easy and all of our equipment is user-friendly and ready for use with a simple orientation.

Our wide variety of tools promote healing, speed recovery and prevent injury to keep people moving and doing what they love! We offer education and individualized plans to recover and prevent or heal injuries. We recognize that every body is different and specialize in making plans that fit the specific needs of each client.

A lot of our equipment uses infrared technology which is great for recovery, pain relief, detox, cellular energy production, reduction in inflammation, and increase in circulation. Check out our infrared saunas too!

I went to APEX to check out red light therapy and found out a lot. I will say that Erin was not only amazingly professional and helpful but I felt zero pressure to sign up for anything before leaving. Erin was great with information about the therapy and how this can be targeted in different ways and could help not just myself but applications for my wife (neuropathy and hip injury) and my daughter (anxiety). Additionally she discussed red light home devices and things to look for and what to avoid. In the past, other therapy places have rejected any at home options and of course they were high pressure “sign up now” types of offices. I appreciate coming in and being educated and informed. I will be back for more once I figure out exactly where and how I want to target the therapy.

This Red Light therapy is new to me. After signing up for the minimum number of visits for the complete package - I did notice a small difference in my body. This is a slow process that I think works in the long run , but too expensive for me. The staff is extremely nice and helpful - always greets you by name. I'd rate it at 4.5, but there isn't a a half star to click on

The spinal decompression seems to be working. There is now movement happening in my lower back and the pinched nerve is lessening.

Apex has proven to be everything that they say they are and what they can do.
