Apex Massage & Recovery was established with the mission to create a community of people that are educated and empowered to keep moving and doing what they love. We work with everybody! You don’t have to be an athlete to enjoy the many benefits our massage therapists provide! The Recovery Lab is a state-of-the-art sports recovery and injury prevention center. We supply the latest and most effective technology and modalities to heal from injuries and recover from activity faster and more effectively. We make the science and technology accessible to the community and they “run” with it!

​We know it can be difficult to schedule the treatment you need with the specialist you want and we want to educate and empower our clients to help themselves. Scheduling on-line is easy and all of our equipment is user-friendly and ready for use with a simple orientation.

Our wide variety of tools promote healing, speed recovery and prevent injury to keep people moving and doing what they love! We offer education and individualized plans to recover and prevent or heal injuries. We recognize that every body is different and specialize in making plans that fit the specific needs of each client.

A lot of our equipment uses infrared technology which is great for recovery, pain relief, detox, cellular energy production, reduction in inflammation, and increase in circulation. Check out our infrared saunas too!

This place is fantastic! They did offer me their “big” package (the one-size-fits-all option), and at first it felt like the Costco of chiropractic care — big value, big package! But the difference here is they weren’t pushy. They explained it, gave me space to decide, and respected when I chose to start smaller.

The front office staff is exceptional. They made me feel welcome right away, were accommodating when I ran late, and even cater to your preferred method of communication. They offer an app for scheduling, or you can call or text — it’s all super easy and stress-free.

I received tons of information, real tests, and answers to all my questions. I sampled the torque release adjustment, massage, red light therapy, and decompression. They even sent me home with roller exercises and a lacrosse ball for my shoulder pain — all without making me sign anything first.

Dr. Ray is busy but never too busy to explain what he’s doing or make you feel comfortable. Each therapy felt different and gave relief in its own way. The big package may not be for everyone, but the fact that they let me “mix and match” until I figured out what worked for me makes me feel like I’ve found my home here.

They guide you but give you space to choose what fits you best. Great people. Great facility. Big options, small pressure, lots of relief.

Tip for first-timers: Start à la carte to sample everything. But also do the math — their package might actually be the better deal if you know you’ll be coming back regularly (I went piecemeal myself, but I may end up regretting it because I can already tell I’ll be back!).

I am new to Apex but my husband has been going for over a year and has been helped a lot and suggested I try it. I was skeptical because I hadn’t been to a chiropractor in like 24 years, but My hip pain is better after only a few sessions and Dr Ray is great. Highly recommend! The entire staff is top notch. Friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I originally came in for red light therapy sessions and am now hooked. It’s helped me with everything from losing several inches to reducing fine lines, calming inflammation, and even soothing mosquito bites! I’ve also tried the Styku 3D body scanner, which gave me crazy insightful data about my body composition. My most recent massage with Lena was amazing. The entire office has a great vibe, too. Best chiropractor I have ever been to! When I was pregnant and a couple days past my due date, I went in for an adjustment to move things along and went into labor that night! This compay goes ABOVE & BEYOND.
I recognize that they adverstise their Dahlia red light therapy primarily for weight loss -- it absolutely does that!
I chose to work with them based on the other features that their red light therapy provides: CELL TURNOVER.
All of the settings of the Dahlia system work to support cell turnover (recovery/rejuvination).
The staff are amazingly comforting and the atmosphere is wonderful. You won't feel like you're in a medical office!
I have felt a very pleasant significance in my body from the first treatment.

Red Lazers works. I had a great experience! Deep tissue massage, chiropractic care, and red lasers? One stop shop for comfort, spa, and weight loss. After your first sesh give it 48 hours. I lost 2.1 inches adding up all the loss all over my body after my first session, but I continued to get thinner over the next couple days. My jeans are looser! I’m not a huge person, but as a mother of five, I’m a little squishier than I would like - wonderful non-invasive healthy way to shed some of the squish. Plus, my face looks younger. Which is wild!

I have been in Customer Service my whole life and I have to say that everyone that I come in contact with a Apex is amazing and very helpful. I am doing the Red Light session to tight up some loose ends. LOL I have lost 12 lbs in my first few sessions. After each session I feel more energized and looking forward to my next few sessions.
